Welcome to NuME Consulting and Supplements and NuME Wellness and Recovery Centers. By purchasing our services, packages, or products, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. No Refund Policy All services, packages, and products ordered by NuME Consulting and Supplements are pre-paid at the time of order. Due to the nature of our business, we strictly enforce a NO REFUND POLICY on all purchases. This includes, but is not limited to:  Consulting services  Coaching packages  Supplement purchases  Digital or physical product sales Once a transaction is completed, the sale is final and non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Payment and Order Processing  Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.  Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.  We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling  While refunds are not available, customers may reschedule a consulting or coaching session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session.  Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund or rescheduling option. 4. Product Exchanges (If Applicable)  We do not accept returns or exchanges on any supplement or product unless an incorrect item was shipped.  In the case of a shipping error, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange. 5. Policy Acceptance By purchasing any service, package, or product from NuME Consulting and Supplements, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy and all other terms stated herein.
